Movie Trailer Mondays

Each week I review movie trailers that came out the previous week or for movies that are about to premiere. Some of these movies I am excited about, some I am mildly curious about, and the rest I make fun of!

Notable movies coming out this week

Walk of Shame

I’m not sure how I feel about this movie, on the one hand I love Elisabeth Banks and James Marsden on the other hand it might be offensive and slut shamey. It might also be really fucking funny.

Gambit, is out onDemand and for Rent

I have officially decided that I don’t like Cameron Diaz and I kind of feel bad about it. She hasn’t really done anything but this movie made me question the life choices of Colin Firth and Alan Rickman for even being in a movie with her. Maybe it is her terrible accent in this trailer that has made me hate her. I don’t know. I just don’t know anymore.

Movies I can’t wait to see in an ACTUAL theater

The Love Punch, May 23, 2014

So many awesome people are in this movie. I almost wish it was coming out in the middle of summer when I am bored with big budget comic book movies, instead it is coming out in late May. I hope Emma Thompson goes on a huge media spree because she is delightful.

Lucky Them, May 30, 2014

Whomever thought of Toni Collette on a road trip with Thomas Haden Church is a fucking genius. Oliver Platt is also in this movie about a music writer who goes searching for her ex.

I won’t go to an ACTUAL theater but will pay for it on Amazon

Jersey Boys, June 20, 2014

Clint Eastwood made a movie based on the musical which is a biography of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. I refuse to watch any movies directed by Eastwood because of Million Dollar Baby.

You would have to PAY me to see it in an ACTUAL theater

Jessabelle, August 29, 2014

YAY a terrible horror movie I will never see!
